Reid MinotI am Reid Minot, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Prescriptive Authority.  I offer evaluation and treatment of mental health and substance use problems in adults, including psychotherapy, medication prescribing, and lifestyle counseling.  Many of my clients come to me from therapists: I commit to work with them and their therapists in coordinated treatment for life change.  Others may see me individually for psychotherapy and/or medication treatment.

 

My special interests include:

  • Psychological trauma
  • Dual diagnosis / co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders
  • Bipolar disorder, including the less obvious varieties
  • So-called borderline personality disorder
  • Herbal and alternative treatments
  • Affordable treatment
  • Cranial electrical stimulation

 

I see patients at the Jefferson Building location in the mornings Monday through Friday and by special arrangement on Saturdays.  I am available in the afternoons to see individuals at other locations, including, as appropriate, in the home.
